I like the idea of the app. However, there are some bugs and limited capabilities. I can't save my journal entry (the button doesn't work) which is frustrating. I'd prefer to write it down on my laptop but there is no Windows application. There is a web-based application but I can only with Apple ID. Why only an Apple ? Could you please add the option to sign in with Google? I signed up for the free trial but I'm having second thoughts on the yearly subscription.

The perfect journalling app doesn't exi... My gf introduced me to this app two weeks ago. I have been journaling for over four years now on pen and paper, but this app will likely make me go digital. No more staring at a blank park, thanks to the guided morning and evening routines. They are based on simple yet powerful Stoic exercises. Since I use the app I feel more content and centered, and my thoughts are clearer. I want to thank the creator's of the app for making the core features free💙

This app is great, the journaling promots are mostly really helpful, however some of the questions don't really make sense. For example, one of the questions was "What was the name of the book and who was the author?". It almost feels as though it was written in a different language and then translated. The app has a beautiful minimal design which I feel fits the philosophy perfectly. The only other downside is that it sends notifications at weird times, other than that I love it

It's a really incredible App, If you're reading this and wanna start maintaining a control over yourself you should install it. As a I've got only one recommendation; For whenever you open the app depending on the moment of the day, It asks you how you've been, and then these little figures that actually mean scale numbers appear. Until this day I thought that the convex shape (points up) was the one for 5 in the scale, and that the concave one(points down) was 1. however it's the oppos

The app has great potential and I know the devs are working on it but one bug I keep experiencing is with "quotes". They are often 1) repeated or 2) from the same person all the time (there should be some randomness to it) and 3)at times from things I don't want to read quotes from. Like I would deselect it in the preferences but I still quotes from "them"

Need some tweaking. There are two main issues that trigger my anxiety. 1. There is no shuffle mode for quotes. Makes me read same quotes over and over again. 2. It would be convenient to choose if I want to extend my meditation time. If I click 5 min, I've only got 5 min and I'd appreciate if there was a big chime at the end. But overall one of the best apps for self care.

Great app (free version), great content, the quotes give you a great insight into the books you may want to read. Format is good, but mad it doesn't offer you aggregate analysis on your moods or focus so you can see patterns. Some of the questions need reviewing as the use of English is a bit odd? Quotes are ordered the same each time and not randomised. Functionality is a bit clunky . Overall as a basic prompt, its great to set you up for the day

It's ok. It's pretty repetitive and there's quite a few grammar mistakes and random questions that make no sense, which actually get me more irritated rather than calm, so it's a little counter productive. I don't see a reason to pay for any features when they don't even bother to make sure they use complete sentences. The questions don't line up for day and night either. But it's good for asking the basic questions to make sure I'm staying sane and thankful.
