FEATURES
GPS TRACKING
On vacation? Friend walking the dog? Instantly track your dog’s location no matter where they are. Fi gives you the peace of mind to always know that your dog is safe. The app will automatically connect to your collar and track your walks even while your phone is in your pocket.
STOP ESCAPE ARTISTS
Make sure your dog never escapes from your backyard. Our dog tracker lets you designate safe zones around your dog’s most popular residences, whether that’s your house or your grandma’s, and we’ll alert you if they ever leave home without a walker. So, if your dog runs out the gate you forgot to close, you’ll be the first to know.
ACTIVITY MONITORING
Fi monitors the steps your dog takes and compares it to other dogs wearing a Fi collar, so you’ll always know how much exercise they’re getting, and how much more they need. Set daily exercise goals to hit and view all previous walks and activity. Keep your dog happy and healthy with Fi.
LOST DOG MODE
We’re putting an end to lost dogs. If your dog’s got out, enable Fi’s unique Lost Dog Mode at the click of the button. A red light will appear on their collar, and the collar will report its location every minute as they move. Make sure you never lose hide and seek again, with Fi.
LTE TECHNOLOGY
Introducing the world’s first LTE dog collar. Running on a brand new LTE-M network, you’ll only receive the most accurate GPS location reports and always know where your dog is.
BATTERY LIFE
If we lose our dog the last thing we should worry about is battery life. Part of the reason we built Fi is because we didn’t feel that other smart collars offered enough value to us dog owners. On average, our collars last 3 months between charges. So, it’s another thing you don’t have to worry about.
ADD OWNERS AND DOG WALKERS
We understand that you won’t always be the only one looking after your dog. Fi lets you track your pet's GPS location and activity with others. You can add other owners and dog walkers at the touch of a button, and you can choose what they can and can’t do via the app. We give you complete control.
We care about your dog as much as you do. With live agents ready to talk to you whenever you need, we’ll be right by your side for your journey with Fi. If you ever have any questions about your smart collar, we’d be more than happy to answer them. Need more in-app? You can also share your screen with our live agents to help you resolve any questions.
THE SMART COLLAR
Coming in two different colors and three different sizes, Fi works for any dog over 20lbs.
The Fi tracker works best when near a bluetooth connected device with the Fi App or the provided charging base. Learn more about what we’re building at: www.tryfi.com.

Inaccurate and almost useless. Around the home it can be horrible, and I especially have an issue with the tracker's accuracy when the base isn't picked up where my dog's location will jump around a few blocks and trigger escape parts. I am tired of false alerts, I'm tired of the inacular locations, this service is trash.

UI is nice and rating is cool but one of the selling points for me to track my dog. I was camping and I had no wifi. You can't access the application without internet. I wanted to turn on her light on the collar and the app was just loading and loading and loading trying to get data. I think this is a huge issue. You should be able to access the satellite and find your dog if it runs off into the woods. I hope they fix this soon. I would also change my review to 5/5.

The collor and the app are fine so long as you never want to cancel your service. The dog I was using this with, died. Obviously I don't have any further reason to use it. However, I finally got around to trying to cancel the service and I had to go through trying to set up the app again and connect to the collar, which won't hook up. Apparently the only way to connect with these people is through the app, so if the app isn't working, your just kinda screwed...

I love the app. We keep track of not only location but steps to ensure our extremely active dog is getting plenty of exercise. I would give it a "5" but there are times when it doesn't track, and that can be frustrating and worrisome. I have had a great experience with the Help Desk in getting us back on track. When I see so many lost dogs in my area, I am glad we have our Fi tracker. Highly recommend!

The Fi collar and tracking app doesn't work in rural wooded areas. If it gets out of range of my wifi, I lose all . The delay of response when it can manage to connect to a 4g signal is ridiculously long. The battery life is severely reduced when it can not connect to a signal as it is constantly searching for a signal. I do not recommend this system. For the price and annual fee, I could get a Garmin System and have constant through the woods no cell signal required, and no fees

Buggy as hell, and that hasn't improved over 3 years of usage. The base doesn't update when you take it to a new location, and even if it does, sometimes the collar's battery will drain rapidly anyway. Spend less time on developing fancy social media features and more time actually testing the core features!

The recent updates make no sense. The Strain score never moves. She shows as 20 on the front screen but 5 when clicking on it. There is no previous day comparison. It wasn't broken before but it is now. Also, you cannot see sleep history. Not everything needs to look fancy, but back the old screen

Tracking is inaccurate does not give me notification for my dog leaves the yard for 7 to 20 minutes at times. . Have tried multiple times to go through troubleshooting with the company to fix the reporting issues with no luck. As an update to this review I wish I could rank it lower than a one-star review. Her collar is now constantly rebooting anytime I leave the house and when you try to get they're response literally is it's supposed to do that. is no help whatsoever
