Track your Nutrition and Workout Plan with this easy to use app. Add colored containers for each meal while seeing the remaining portions for each container you have left. Also track the amount of water you've consumed for the day.

Each day has the specific day's workout so you don't have to which workout you're on.

Keep track of your transformation with the ability to enter your body measurement for both before and after your fitness program.

A Fast Track is also included which lists out the foods and containers to eat for each day. Check them off as you complete each meal.

Once you finish the fitness program, maintain your weight with the maintenance tracker. Calories and portions are automatically adjusted. Track your portions and see what's remaining just like when you were on the daily plan

A container reference guide is included so you know what to put in each of the colored containers.

just started using the app...but the notes section is beyond frustrating. there is something within the app that messes with the keyboard so there is no auto correct and it keeps closing out to the main keyboard screen. very hard to use and irritating. it has text autofilled but I couldnt just delete it, I had to delete each letter and character individually. and this I the only place to actually record WHAT food I'm eating- day 1 I'm still getting used to the program and I'd like to record that

I love this app, it helps keep me on track and is a quick reference to how many containers I have left and what workout I do. I do wish you could reset it a day or two back instead of clearing it out and having to start over on day one - I got set back a couple days and the option to choose a day to reset to would have been great.

Worked pretty great for 21 Day Fix, but when it comes time to start a new round, it offers you the option of staying on the same program or switching to Extreme. The app just freezes and is useless if you pick Extreme though.

It is easy tobuse and very convenient. i am sad it has not kept up with additions Autumn has made. for example no way to track accurate container amounts if you are vegan. also no way to see food list items for vegans. the maintenance tab doesnt open so i dont know what info is in there.

Pretty great overall, been using it for the past 6 months. However in the extreme 21 day fix version of the app at first it froze frequently, that has stopped, but it attempts to calculate how many containers daily for you based on your weight but it is really off from the recommended calculations.

Wish that when you do multiple rounds of 21 day fix, you can keep track of all weight and measurements and not just the ones from the current 21 days. Otherwise not bad!

I would give it a 5 star but I have tried to change my weight and it will not change it. It also changes my container settings so i really have to look at how many are set and reset the weight on each day.

Edit september 2019: app seems to be abandoned. Nothing has improved in several years! Useless app outside USA! We use in the rest of the world the metric system for weight, volume, length etc. That means that this app is out of reach for about 5 billion people!
