I've been doing crossfit for about 6yrs and using this app for almost 3 yrs now. The main selling feature in my opinion is the fitness scores. After the first few years it becomes harder to see improvements and difficult to know where to apply your focus. Having the detailed assessments of your different areas of fitness helps you direct your training to where it can most be effective. It can also help you see the small improvements that might otherwise be missed. Overall 👍👍

Wonderful app for tracking workouts, nutrition intake, and other parameters of exercise and healthy living. I love looking an my analyzes of past workouts, weight gain (college DOES make one gain about 10lbs) and having scaled workouts already ed for the day -- I don't have to figure out how to scale particular workouts. Lastly, I can say this app is great for that first time beginner or the seasoned professional. The only draw back is that it does cost a little money but it's worth it.

This app has alot of glitches. The most irritating one is it wont backpage to the previous page it sends you somewhere else. Another is the home icon doesnt take you home. Also notes that you log for a wod are visible on the leaderboards seems a little invasive. There are others just to many to list. All in all I think they try to do to much and it just got congested. Update 10-3-22 Fixed some issues in recent update..But not the biggest one.

Good at what it is made for, but certainly not amazing. One simple quality of life feature they could add would be a update all button to workouts that require a lot of the same input for each round. i.e. 10 rounds of 3 deadlifts at 85% max effort requires all 10 sets to be updated individually. Certainly not a problem, just a little annoying.

This is hands down the best CrossFit/fitness app ever created. With every penny! My only is please add the "fitness level category" label to workouts! It is so motivating to know I'm going into a workout that counts towards my fitness score. But there's no way to know if the workout counts unless you manually search for it. Showing what category a workout counts towards would be so helpful! Thanks for the great app!

The update to the way tracks is displayed is awful - I follow multiple tracks BECAUSE I want to see them all at once. Additionally, I'd like the workouts I've completed that day to display together at the top (across tracks) when I select that day. It seems not much is gathered before these updates are rolled out.

Too Expensive. The price is not worth it. Not unless you are competing maybe. It takes forever to enter workouts. And it isn't possible to combine types of workouts in one(only specific combos available ) you have to input them separately or write every single exercise of every round and every rep. Really, really annoying. It's much faster if I just take a pic with my phone and type the weights next to each exercise.

great app. Developers are great at refining the app as 's report their experience. For example, a previous release was pretty but the super small graphics were difficult for older eyes (mine) to see. Recent releases prioritized a different layout that was better for all ages.
