I'm a delivery driver and have been using this app for about a year now. It's relatively easy to use but threw are certain redundancies and buttons that don't work well with certain partnered apps. Thank you for the new "SMS" button, THIS WAS A GAME CHANGER. I'd love to give a better star review, but thy main concern is how often the app crashes. It was already bad before this last update. Now, the app crashes over 70% of the time when it comes to visiting from one app to another.

This app badly needs a dark/night mode that follows system settings. It's positively blinding at night... And it also needs confirmation prompts on each of the tender methods - it's very easy to accidentally tap the wrong method and there is no undoing that on the driver side (or even better - sideways-swipable buttons like in OnFleet... Which would be great for other critical functions)

So buggy and irritating to use. Almost Every time you process and order upon clicking "return to tasks" it returns you to your task list page and a never ending loading sign that can only be countered by hard closing the app and reopening and that wouldn't be a big inconvenience if the app opened efficiently everytime but it doesn't it often also won't allow you to because the dial pad won't load and if you do get in just hope the items are pre accepted in to your inventory or else you're

Too many clicks to complete an order, if you're in an area with bad signal it can take forever to close out an order. Needs U.I. streamlining. Also if a new order comes in by you don't have any existing orders you can't refresh the screen, you have too log out and log back in.

Worst app ever. Scanner sucks, the app runs slow, doesn't retain the pictures that I take, keeps booting me out of the app. The app simply doesn't operate efficiently to be used and needs to fix their glitches instead of just collecting a check and paying no mind to the issues.

Many crashes lately. Almost every task I have to force close and reopen. Not getting any notifications when tasks are added. And phone is giving messages of high u and battery usage from this app. Please fix

Definitely needs some fixes crashes freezes and has a very bad map glitch that makes the map go blank and won't refresh u till you close out the app and reopen it and makes the small phone icon hard to hit when in a customer profile running on my pixel 4xl

App constantly shuts down. Needs to be updated to be compatible with Samsung galaxy s9 plus. It is very slow and doesn't work sometimes even if I am in an area with service.
