What happened to connection problem.. Do I need to unconnected completely from one device to able to use for another. I was able to use multiple phone to connect, but of course I switch off the WiFi connection from another phone before connecting to my second phone. I can no longer do it anymore... What did you guys do to the app.

For some reason my printer will not print my photos. Every time I choose a photo and set it up the way I want it, it won't go to the queue. Then I try a different way and the app closes. I just got 2 different notifications, 1 says the app closed because of a bug. The 2nd says to put the app into a deep sleep since it keeps crashing to keep my phone running smoothly. I've checked everything I can think of and even had my brother-in-law help me since he's more tech savvy than me. I need help!

Can't print pictures anymore. I've had the Ivy 2 for less than a year. I've restarted my printer, unpaired and repaired with my phone, opened up a new package of pictures to run the blue paper through it, plugged the printer up so that it was 100% charged, uninstall and then reinstalled the app, gone through my settings to make sure nothing was blocking it for some reason, and I still can't print anything. Whenever I load a picture and hit print it takes me to a blank que page and does nothing

Works okay. But recently when I connect to my device, it prompts that there is a firmware upgrade available. There is no way to avoid the prompt bit to click ok. But when I do, it opens a blank screen that does not change no matter how long I wait. Now I can't use my device because it always prompts whenever I reconnect to the device..

Love the printer but more & more often lately it won't print. I go through setting up my collage but when it comes time to print nothing happens. Sometimes I can find my collage under past prints and print it after restarting the app or my phone. This morning I've restarted my phone multiple times and reinstalled the app but nothing will get it to print. Fix your app! It needs to work always.

photo color is quite dark. takes about a minute to start then another minute to print out. the photo s are very small and hard to see. especially because the color was so dark. yes I did try multiple different photos. I regret getting it. i read positive reviews I was fooled.

Cute app! Works fine enough. Sometimes crashes. While it's constantly asking permissions for my alarms (why?), there is a spelling error in the text that reads "go to Alarms and remainders", which should read "reminders", I would think.

I think there is a bug or something that keeps my mini photo printer from connecting on an android phone but connects fine with an iPhone. I used to really like the printer but I can't use it if I can't connect to it!
