This app is awful. I had to enter my birthday at least 5 times. It failed that many times because you can only go backyards by month. So to change the year you have to click it 12 times. Crashed when it tried to read my qr code so I had to redo my profile. Awful considering how much you are paying for the kit

Nice app. Good for learning about your diet and lifestyle, sports, skin and sleep patterns, health and carrier risks, plus drug response. Talents and "success trait" reports are questionable, because my language talent is "Normal" even though I have always picked up any language I like like a pro. My dance talent is "Normal" although I'm also a good dancer even without formal training. The worst report is the Ancestry Composition. Why does CircleDNA lump "Japanese and Korean" together?

Ordered the test. Test took a long time to process instead of the 18 working days as mentioned. Also, the 30-minute genetic counselling slots are fully booked and blanked out for the whole entire year of 2023. So, I'm unable to book any slots. Now in Sept 2024.. I have not been able to arrange for any slot. It is always full.

Dnafit did a merger with circlefit, which at first I thought was fine. Then I realized they want to charge you all over again to have access to virtually the same tools they promised to provide you when you signed up originally with Dnafit, only now...the cost is astronomically higher in comparison to what you would have originally paid. Dnafit was really cool and I liked the features, but it's a pretty lame thing to try and charge your consumer twice for virtually the same product.

The app per-se is ok. I was just disappointed by the over details of the test results ..for 400 euros really I was not a lot more wise on what I should or should not eat. Or what I should be paying attention to.The details are very very superficial and not that insightful. More like general like a template

At first it was OK. After the latest update late September 2019, we couldn't log on. Tried changing , reinstall, clear cache etc. Didn't work, please fix. Otherwise, it's pretty.

The update swipe all my report and need to acitivate from scratch! And yet there is bug when enter my ethnicity! I spent so much for the dna report and this service feel sucks. Before you update please at least do sanity testing or all those marketing on the Ads will only advertising it is not a ready brand as it tries to achieve.

For price tag they should have better customer service and system. I have been dealing with this company 5 months. Unsolved technical error, no promised follow up email after health councilling( most likely cause of error), no slot for genetic counselling over three months, i am fed up. Currently i feel like i have been conned/robbed, and there is noone answering their head office in hong kong.
