A simple to use app that allows you to book spaces in seconds. With a few taps you can book a workstation or a meeting room, along with other areas like parking, lockers, quiet spaces, breakout zones and more. One screen in the palm of your hand keeps you in control of your daily schedule. See all your bookings, find booked workspaces on a floor plan, and make changes or cancellations to bookings as required. It’s never been faster to check in to a workspace, through a simple tap of a button, or automatically through proximity-based check in. When you need to collaborate with a co-worker, Eptura Engage helps make it happen. You can search in the app to find where they’re working, book an available workspace nearby and start collaborating in minutes.

Requires Condeco Cloud subscription. Types of spaces that can be booked within the app depend on your organization's configuration.

the flexiseats should show us where exactly where the numbers are tied to Flexi seats are supposedly free seating, right? Yet, during booking we can choose to book a workstation or flexiseat. For workstation, app shows the exact location of the workstation# and location. But when I select to book a flexiseat, it only show a list of numbers but there are so many flexiseats in the office. List of numbers are meaningless!! If flexiseats are free-seating, why bother to allow us to book?

23/07/24: have reached out to my organisation identified what the problem is and have suggested a fix seems it was my organisations issue and non responsiveness. Older: Emailed but have had nothing back. Was a great app and very useful however the past couple of weeks I've been unable to book a desk from the app itself. Keeps displaying error saying already booked when I haven't. Website still works fine.

The mobile app is so slow and kicks you out mid search. When I click on a car parking space it tells me it's already booked. The most frustrating thing is having to book a specific car parking space from a list, especially when it's not relevant to where we park or the we're given. It'd be much fairer if you didn't need to do this and it just came off a list of available spaces. This would truly be done on a first come first serve basis then

I encountered an issue where the app stops working if notification permissions are denied. Our workplace uses QR-code check-ins only, and enabling notifications can drain the battery. It would be great if the app could function with just camera permissions. Thanks! Otherwise the app was usually working as it should, though updates seem to commonly cause issues. Which can only be solved by logging in again.

Can never get the maps to . Very flaky. Have reinstated the app multiple times to get it to do something. I would look at other alternatives for desk booking apps. My opinion won't change. The organisation's maps havent changed. So either its the app or the people providing guidance (from Condeco)for setting up the app need to change. There is no point of "Customer Success Manager" who clearly doesnt understand the importance of customer service.

I need this to let me know where my desk is in the office. It keeps resetting the app and sending a to my work email... which I can't access until I'm logged in... which can't happen if I can't find my desk. Not particularly well thought through...

Constantly crashing. Unable to view my calendar. Always getting kicked off the app.

App crash when trying to view floor plan, modify schedule, and delete schedule. Poor navigation experience (back button on phone close the app instead of going back to previous screen). Unable to floor plans. Schedule not sync with online version. Blank screen displayed randomly. Delete review which shows issues with the app.
