Eh. The app is okay but you used to be able to access the old ver to pay your bill, even if you were a day or two late. Not to mention the actual service for boost has gone dramatically down hill over the yrs. It is...Absolutely terrible phone service. (And customer service as well.) It's super spotty service. There aren't the refurbished phones online for sale anymore. As boost has gotten bigger they've gotten worse and worse and worse. As soon as I am able to, I'm switching companies.

Getting worse! I've been a boost customer for years and at first they were great (obviously that's why I stayed) but as of these last four years it's getting worse. Customer service used to be good. But I ed them three times this past week letting them know my Internet service is extremely slow despite the fact that I have gigs for high speed Internet. I have to use WiFi now in order to used the Internet or apps on my phone. This is my last year with them I'm leaving expeditiously ✌🏾

Worst experience ever with a mobile provider, I made my payment late and, on the 10th and they applied it to next months payment that isn't due until the 25th and said id have to make another 96 dollar payment to have service unsuspended, the internet is the slowest I've ever had when it works at all and I rarely have a good enough signal to place or hold a call more than a couple of minutes and their prices are much higher than companies that are alot better, I'm dun with boost period!

Zero would be better. Basically I've had the worst issues with boost since the beginning. Poor explanations on contracts. Unclear add line discount deals with hidden loop holes. Our first bill was over 400 for new 4 lines. And an add of a fifth with byod. We switched to boost to save but we now spend more. Small just starting to progress in our own businesses and freelance opportunities our phone numbers and devices are essential. Yet... mine didn't work during setup. No more space 🤷♀️🤬💩

EDIT: These app is almost useless. I changed to a new phone, followed the steps in the app, but the piece of junk still shows the old phone. Also, the spin the wheel game is gone. Now you can only watch stupid ads, or spend money in other apps. The only good thing about the app was the "spin the wheel", where you could really cut your bill by more than $10.00, and these greedy jerks took it away. All the "games" in the offers are just money grabbing scams.

This app is so misleading with false verbage 4 example this quote from their app regarding changing plans: "Switching plans should be as easy as changing your mind. With Boost Mobile, you have the freedom to switch to the best plan for you, whenever you want. No hassles, just options" Now this is completely untrue as my service($70 unlimited plan) was cut off yesterday because of insufficient funds in my bank. I try 2 switch to a lower $plan but it won't switch until I pay the $70, its nonsense.

I just ed this app for the second time. I got on and paid my bill and changed my with no issues. When I tried later in the day to access my information, I had to sign back in. When I waited for a code to be sent, nothing happened. I tried to have to code recent several times with zero results. If I can't access again and have to remove the app and re-, I'm going to be aggravated.

Change over with voice mail has been atrocious! Lost saved messages, pin number was an 2 hour merry go round, asked chat not to hang up and it did while I was asking questions, and didn't answer questions I asked, voice mail count different from actual messages, and most messages where just clicking sounds. I think I need to change phone provider. FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!
