Weather updates always keep spinning. Doesn't serve anything... As it sucks big time whenever riding... Weather updater keep spinning if not moving then it will update. Maps not updated and directing into no entry road. Worst than a free app from Google maps or waze. Not worth the money paid as maps and address search not updated.

Such a bad app. For a company who specialise in navigation to produce something so bad and have the audacity to make it paid subscription is embarrassing. Clearly don't use their own products. icons make no sense, routing is poor, maps difficult to preview, phone screen has to stay on to mirror to Tmax screen, can't find some post codes, journey time always way off. It's like they haven't even tried. Only used because there is no alternative to use on TMax screen.

Unusable = Don't bother Attempting to use on Tracer GT+. Setup not too bad but getting it to connect to both BT and WiFi is fiddly. When it is up and running it loses connection / GPS signal too frequently. Add that to the outdated display and horrible search function it's honestly not worth the hassle. Don't bother installing it, look for other options. Give it a go if you want but you'll have definitely wasted part of your life and brought yourself frustration in tandem.

Took a while to get it working but USB is best connection. Once Bluetooth is paired it re and it all works. Still don't fully understand but start Apps on bike first then USB (& Bluetooth on) then My Ride link, then start Motorize, put in post code, then press button on bike for a few seconds to cast the phone image to the bike TFT. Good to go and didn't crash for me over several hours use. Easy once you've got it, but a frustrating learning process !! No Exit button in app??

Lots of checks to do but works. Room for improvement. Must use a good data compatible phone lead for connecting to my Yamaha Tracer 9GT+. WiFi connection won't give you weather or traffic updates. On the lead connection, I've not had a problem. For me, just practise all the setting and it does everything I want on a sat nav for motorbike you just have to find them in the settings. Could do with a makeover.

Can't import trips, only export them, the map of Romania is in two areas, Russia and South Europe, but both of them have a very obsolete map, can,t paste coordinates, I need to manually input them + the app is not recognized as a directions app so I can't share a location to this app. Also would be useful to be able to import gpx because the routing done by Garmin is not really well optimized

Once I read a few forums and reviews it was best to connect my smartphone to the bikes ccu with a usb-c to usb-a lead and bluetooth, wifi was just awful, had to enter every time even though I had the connect automatically ticked. What would give this 5 stars is if the motorise app could be available on a Carplay/Android auto device then your phone could be stowed away safely and you can do all the functionality on a securely mounted dedicated screen.

Garmin have been helping me with the issues in the app and have changed some things on the servers. So now it's possible to the missing voice files and I can finally start to use it. So three stars for that more stars later if the app works really good, let's see..
