it is quite good to use. thanks to the developers. but there are some feed back: 1. There is no possiblity to change the language. it only uses the current system language. 2. I don't know why, but it happens very often, that when I want to go by train, the offers are only sorted by "departure time", and it is not possible to sort the offers by other type. but if I go by bus or flight, I can sort them by other type. regards

Annoying minute details and crashes. The concept of one app for bus, train, flight and car pooling is really cool and saves my time to check different apps. But the experience in the app is not so great for example, It crashes quite often, takes a lot of time to display results, while searching you can't type the destination first and starting point next, you can't see the ticket prices in the completed travels. Additional features like add calendar will also be nice to have.

The app is actually quite great, I travelled in but also in the Netherlands with it (Bremen-Berlin/Leipzig and Bremen-Maastricht). The Flixbus part worked quite nice as well, although I am not a fan of buses. What I don't like however is the new name, Omio straight up sucks. It just sounds like so many other apps and services that have come and gone and doesn't really reflect what it does. It's a real shame.

I do not recommend this app if you are unfamiliar with and its train stations. It gets the job done. However if you are in any way uncertain of its instructions or stops (it doesn't give you the station numbers for the tains you need to be at) it can and will cause you to miss a train, bus, travel option, etc. You have to take screen shots of that information from the email that is sent when you purchase your tickets.

if the app isn't telling me that there are absolutely no trains running between two cities that day (which is false), it is saying "something went wrong" when I choose a train. it only works for me about 20% of the time, and the rest of the time I'm desperately closing and reopening and refreshing the app hoping the bugs will disappear. it's infuriating.

DO NOT USE! Book from the local rail providers DIRECTLY instead. A slight delay with my ferry meant that my booking would need to be changed. No worries, right? I'll just change in the app... WRONG! The app processed the payment for the change but this was not reflected in the app or email. Right, so I'll just cancel my booking, I have a semi-flexible ticket so I can cancel for a 50% refund on the day. WRONG! The AI chatbot brings me in circles and I can't talk to a human.

Tried this before a trip to Florence and searched for public transport options. App isn't able to provide mixed modes for routes, and not even connection/transfer to reach final destination. No map to let you confirm the correct station, and the app changes the departure station (alternative route) but you have no idea where the station is! Station names don't always load immediately. At most, I suggest route planning through Google maps, then using Omio for each specific leg and mode.

update: it is a scam ,avoid by all means, they stopped answering me, never solve the problem can't cancel my refundable tickets since Saturday, i ed them twice and they keep saying they are investigating the case to determine the appropriate next steps to take /there is a bug in the system so they can't cancel the tickets really can't understand the real reason for taking all that time to cancel a refundable ticket or fix that bug thing so I can cancel it myself don't know what else to do
