I have been using Golfnow for years, paid subscription, VIP status and the whole nine yards. Impossible to use my tee time codes, and get an accurate tee time for some courses when I search. Really tired of all the errors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cancelling my hip!! I can't even leave app without an error!

Pretty cool set up, not every course in the area is on it but enough are. Haven't had issues at the clubhouse with any reservations either. Edit: Customer service is not great and gets stalled when booking at a course that will not answer their phone and you will have to call and call and hope to get reimbursed. Golf courses in my area have left their services recently and I will likely as well as the better courses never used them anyway.

Can be great but can also bite you. The hot deals and pay now options are awesome, but can change minute to minute. So if you and a friend are booking the same hot deal you need to make sure it's booked at the same time, because they can disappear within 10min. If you have to book a tee time using a canceled credit from your using the app it will not work. It populates an error that says "Available Balance is Not a Payment Type". You can only book on the website to use a canceled credit balance. This glitch has been going on for months and customer service is unaware of it. They suggest uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Then suggest booking on the website. Alrighty then. If not for the canceled credit booking issue the app seems to work

Used to use it all the time to make tee times with their Hot Deals. But for about the last year when booking a Hot Deals it shows up as no longer available. Then a few hours later the same Hot Deals shows up again. I just tried booking three different courses on the same day with Hot Deals and all three came back as no longer available.

The app is OK, but could be better. -Why no customer photos? Very important for determining Course conditions -App crashes every time when trying to leave a review these last few weeks -No filter for what I can use these Golf+ $10 coupons on makes it very annoying to find how to use them

Don't bother, the app is buggy. The reset doesn't work. The fees they charge are ridiculous. You have to pay upfront for the entire round, which is not a huge issue, but come on. Make it so everyone can pay seperately at the course. Figure it out.

Somehow within minutes of booking on the app... my card was hacked. I only use my business card for business transactions... the first time I had to pay through the app... multiple transactions came through with cash app. I am very concerned with this. Not a secure site
