Overall great app. Easy to use. Great chatbot assistant. However you CANNOT use it over a non Wi-Fi network. No matter you cell phone signal or service (5G, LTE makes no difference) you will have the spinning wheel of doom for at least 10 minutes before the app loads fully. Once I started using a WiFi connection that problem stopped immediately.

Everything in one place. Tabs when opened have all my information per insurance, dental vison, etc. Super easy to use. Requesting a consultation with a provider is simple as well. I've used it twice and each time I was very pleased. Thanks HealthJoy! This app saves me from the headache and hassle of time consuming waiting rooms, allowing me to feel better much sooner. This app is very organized and easy to navigate. I get connected to the professionals I need when I need them most.

The idea of the app is great and I've used it for awhile. For the first few years, I never had any issues. Now the app doesn't like to load, it's very glitchy and you can barely get to your requests due to all the glitches. (This is even after updating the app, deleting and reing, etc). I dont know what happen to the app this year but it definitely does not work as expected anymore (I'm also using only a year old device)

As someone who is prone to putting important documents "where I'll to look for them" and then having no idea where they are when I need them, having all my insurance documents as well as my actual coverage information in one place is GREAT. The app is super easy to navigate, the interactive concierge is helpful, and the doctor consult I had was outstanding. It was informative, quick, convenient, and very budget friendly.

It's fine if you just need a wallet for your insurance. Pretty good at it. Trying to use the built-in video conferencing for counseling is not good. Runs into issues if you leave it and can't remaximize the full screen. You end up called back in with an echo. It also answered and started a video call without me pressing a button. Pretty serious privacy concern.

Well it worked great up until I had a doctor's appointment, then the app would no longer open, couldn't couldn't do anything. Thanks. Edit: I had to uninstall, then reinstall, then restart my phone and delete all the app data for the app, then I started working, I have had no problems since doing all of that.

Good for saving your medical cards and that's all. If you need to find a doctor or schedule an appointment the app is useless. It will show you a list of providers in your area, but doesn't show if they are accepting new patients and you can't schedule an appointment through the app. You must call each office individually. There is no desktop or web version of the app which would make it infinitely easier to use. I hate this app with a ion.

This app is so helpful! It eliminates the confusion caused by our convoluted insurance system by laying everything out simply based on your needs and preferences. It helps me find new providers and even schedules appointments for me, which is probably my favorite feature. I'm honestly amazed and grateful they've made healthcare so easy. Thanks, HealthJoy.
