App was effective in completing my order, and using rewards was helpful and easy. However, the app stalled ("Loading...") after I hit the back button on my phone, instead of on the app. I had to then restart my order from the beginning a couple times. I recommend developers keep items placed in the cart there, or offer prompt "Continue previous session?". This will prevent the inconvenience if needs to finish their order later.

Well, it feels like a perfect 1-to-1 copy of the websites ordering system. So, the app functions perfectly for its intended purpose. I honestly felt a little conflicted over what I wanted to base my rating on. It probably should get 5 stars because it does function exactly as the website does but personally it doesn't feel like there's anything unique the app brings to the whole ordering process that's any different to the website. Except saving you a few more clicks.

Fast, easy to read. Please add an option to allow us to label each item we get with personal names for the stubs for example. If I get 2 subs and they're all the same size like for me both subs are all the same size but each of them have different items in it I don't want to handle somebody else sub looking inside to see which one is the correct one with the correct items in it, My daughter gave me the smack in the back of the head because I touched her food lol. Thank you

The app can be infuriating to use. The default store is stuck on the one close to work. If you use the android back button toom many times, instead of the app back button it will clear out your order. And if you rush back into it, you may miss that the store reverted to the default location. Sometimes you can stack deals, some you can't. You cannot use your rewards with a deal....but you can just place a second order to get these deals or rewards. Some locations allow cash payments, some do not.

Every time I try to order through this app there is an issue. This time it changed my address and had the delivery driver go to the wrong place. I just lost out on 20 bucks with no way to fix it because there is no help option with their app. At this point I'm no longer going to eat hungry Howie's. I'm sick of all the problems I have with this company.

Overall, the app does you you expect it to do. Rating one star because a recent update added a dark pattern to the checkout screen. Now, every time you place an order, it tries to sign you up to be spammed with their promotional emails and texts. Will change to 4 stars if they get rid of this anti-consumer design or save the setting so you don't have to opt out with every order. Will change to 5 if they do that and also fix the order tracker prompting to select a certificate when opened.

The app is functional. The pizza tracker is useless because the store isn't honest about when food is being cooked, finished, etc. They actually deliver pizza and the app indicates it's still being cooked or prepared. A recent change to the app has it defaulted to "opt in" to receiving notifications by both email and text for promos, etc. That's two opportunities to act with integrity; one by the company and one by the individual store. Both opportunities missed!

The app over the years has gotten better at managing addresses and payment methods, would be good to see more of the food variation options available on the app but as of current date the app is well improved. It also probably would be a good idea to add a section specifically for delivery times that's a little easier to navigate but all around it's a pretty good app as it is currently. 👍
