Terrible experience! Went to check the time of my swim, accidentally touched 'Cancel' - which cancelled my swim I paid £9 for! There should ALWAYS be at least a 2 step confirmation process for cancelling a session, and any process. I am not a member so get no credit, and now I cannot go for the swim.

Terrible app! Constantly having to log back in and reset as it says there's a duplicate , (there isnt) Couldn't gain access to the health centre with it so ended up getting a card from reception. Classes I've booked and attended show as unattended on the app. Get your development team to fix these issues as they're damaging your business.

Used to work well. Now keeps asking for location settings to be turned on. It is unbelievable that an app like this needs to track your location to work properly. Surely unnecessary or at least excessively intrusive. Please be very careful with person data and this app.

Demands permission to change system settings every time it shows your card bar code, in order to increase screen brightness, but then leaves the brightness at maximum afterwards. Annoying bug.

Bad UX, hard to use, slow. Repeatedly demands excessive permissions to brighten the screen which other apps manage to do just fine. Barely functional.

New update, removed a lot of people's bar code and now we have to scan into the gym which does not work properly. Pro tip: If it's not broke don't try and fix it!

Absolutely hopeless. I can't to the app - just see a spinning wheel for hours. I tried to get around this by making an on the website so I could book that way, but the system refuses to connect my online profile to my hip . There are no other ways to book, meaning that while I have the luxury of 3 open outdoor pools in London and a hip of the network that operates them, that same network's inability to create a functional online booking system means I can't use them. Better, you need to get this sorted. For a leisure company, a functional app is not just something you need for a quick fix during the pandemic - it will make things easier for your in the long term. It's worth working a little harder and investing more time, money and energy to make sure you have something that works.
