Developers: make this app disable a phone's automatic screen time-out when displaying an activated ticket, so people's screens don't annoyingly lock as they're getting on the bus and need to scan the QR code. If someone activates a ticket and chooses to display a QR code, they OBVIOUSLY don't want their phone to randomly turn the screen off - they need to scan the code first. If you fix this, I'll change my 1 star to 5 stars.

Went to purchase tickets, the charges reflected in my bank but not in the app. Reported to transit office & though the app issues were resolved. The es were not added to my and my banking is still reflecting the charge. Will no longer be trusting or using this app.

The app is really useful, but it's still really janky. You can only add a credit card when you make a purchase, and there's no functionality to change the email address associated with the . For my university bus , I need to have an with my university email. I had already set it up with another email address, so I had to create a second for my U- for no good reason.

What is this even for? To collect data? Seriously, I don't get it. It's just buttons that link webpages. I really don't know what the purpose of this app is. To everyone else: Just the Transit App. It does everything you need it to do, real time bus locations, trip planning, and virtual bus/tickets.

Any time a pop up notification asks if I want to provide information on the bus ride (crowded or not, whether it was on time) tapping the pop up never brings me to those questions. In general, usability is fine, sometimes it's a hassle, but for the most part it works and shows when and where busses are.

App is useful when it works. However, I cannot save my card for payment and I cannot stay logged in. I will be switching back to plastic cards because they are at least dependable when it is time to get on the bus.

The way bus es work is incredibly unclear. You have 5 minutes to use your activated bus , but not really considering it automatically reactivates after 5 minutes. This is extremely unclear and causes you to miss busses due to them implying that your will expire by the time you reach your bus.
