I love this station but the app could use some work. Like others, I saved dozens of songs in favorites so I could buy them later. This morning though, I was asked to link my spotify and it wiped my favorites. This is the second time this has happened! Otherwise, it would be great if podcasts could be ed for playing at times when I don't have a network connection.

Crashes and streams don't work a lot of the time. Easier to just use the website from your phone. Update September 2024: Still absolutely terrible. Streams don't work randomly and app crashes. Please get a new app developer. Update February 2025: Have a brand new phone and the app still crashes, fails to stream, or buffers constantly.

This app crashes. I use it to listen to Henry Rollins and Dan Wilcox. It functions mostly if you don't touch the app. But if you pause it, or if you exit the app and come back to it, it crashes. Worse, it doesn't where in the show you were, so you have to scroll till you find it. And the scroll function doesn't work all that well, either. Ultimately, this is a pretty-looking yet flawed app. As far as sound quality, there is noticeable compression on the drums. Kind of sad, actually.

Samsung s10+ Android 12 App seems to work very well for all Apple OS s. GRRR! In 2019 to 2020 ish the app worked- live listening, archived DJ shows, My playlist , Spotify fav list . Listening is a chore. Unless the phone is restarted or the Device Care option is used prior, the app will play for a few minutes then shut down. It only sends song to Spotify. Cant play My feed. Reinstalled App doesnt work.All settings tweeked. This App seems to be using too much Ram memory ?? Please address

This app has been inoperable for weeks on my Samsung phone and tablet. May be due to an OS upgrade shortly before that. Nothing fixes it on the end. Very disappointed it's not been addressed. Got really spoiled by this great app and operating station play through a browser on the go is a poor substitute. Champagne problem? Yes, but really miss the previous ease of the app.

I have been using this app for years, love the content and kcrw is my all time favorite station for music. However the latest version of the app is full of bugs and not working. I thought it was my phone but I just got a new one and am experiencing the same issues. I hope your tech team can resolve this soon! I live outside California and rely on the app to stream live and also tap into all your incredible archives.

Used to work pretty well, fixed some bugs but added new ones. Previously if you disconnect headphones, it would continue playing, that has been resolved. Now however, it will start and stop based on odd actions. If you have previously paused the stream, then play it again, it plays whatever was last buffered until it runs out and it will pause again, and you must manually play. It will also start playing based on other apps that have stopped audio/music etc. Streams aren't updated until playing

Love the content and am a giver. But my goodness this app will just constantly reconnect even when I'm at home in WiFi, which triggers a pause and commercial. Sometimes I'll get it literally 20 times during one song. Sometimes I'm good for hours. Please improve the session state in this app because it's gotten really bad lately and getting to the point it's easier to just make a Spotify playlist later because listing live is balls.
