It is the most unintuitive app I have used in a long time. Seems more concerned with background photos than letting me set it up. This is not social media! Who cares! All I want is to see my device's temperature, etc. from my phone. This is too much to ask of it! I need to return the physical device if the virtual app does not work. False advertising as it is clear that a large percentage of s have serious trouble with it! My bad for not reading the NUMEROUS bad reviews on Google Play!

The sensors and display work great. It does transfer some data to the app most of the time. With that being said for the most part the app leaves a lot to be desired. It's very generic and doesn't display past data correctly. Why would I the paid version of such a generic app that doesn't work correctly? Fix the app! Putting a ticker on the screen saying "we are experiencing technical issues" 2 or 3 times a week is unacceptable.

It sometimes works well, but often is buggy. Some sensors are reluctant to update, even though they have fresh batteries and show on the base display. Perhaps I have too many sensors because I'm also monitoring a second home, but both locations have solid broadband service and state-of-the-art Wi-Fi that rsets weekly. I wish there were an option to troubleshoot and fix.

Everything with this app is a struggle. I've had the same setup for years. I've been holding off making a review because I have nothing nice to say. the latest update has to be the worst yet! it's taken me almost 2 full days to check the temp outside. constantly freezes, locks up, and displays nothing. it's like this app was made by children. I DO NOT recommend this app to anyone that needs to monitor weather data. definitely purchase another brand! this one sucks!

Only intermittently connecting with wifi. WiFi signal is strong where the main unit is located. the previous reviews and intermittent wifi connection is true. Even when wifi is connected, there is no logged graph info for indoor and outdoor: temperature and humidity. only wind speed shows a log of past measurements if the connection is good and I view my app within an hour or so after tthe wifi connection is lost...else it's blank.

This app gets worse with every update. Buggier and slower than ever, the trend charts are now unreadable (just says 12am, 12am, 12am, temp is 70A*, whatever that means). Every time I open the app, ads pop up to buy more broken products (no thanks). Uninstalling and reinstalling temporarily fixes the problem for a day. I wish to have the app from 3 years ago when it wasn't complete jank. Avoid at all costs.

much of the time, it doesn't work. The app hasn't updated for days. but all three of the displays show they are connected to my wifi, and all three are receiving data from the outdoor sensors. but the app, which was working fine until about a week ago, is not updated. also only one unit changed to daylight savings time and did that about a week after the time change. the other two Haven updated the time.

It worked good - until today when I updated the app. The app lost connection to the device and the history was gone. I wasn't home at the time. When I got home and put my phone on the same WiFi network and restarted WiFi and app, it came back. I'm hoping it will work remotely tomorrow. Update: Temperature history is completely wiped out since update. Humidity shows current day only.
