Like the app for the most part. Whenever I click on video forecast notifications in my system tray, the app opens, but it never starts the video, just a blank screen. The video forecasts are annoying because the volume of the ments are clearly audible, but the audio for the meteorologist is so low, I have to turn the volume to max just to hear them. Finally, the temperature shown by the app in the system tray never updates until I open the app.

New redesign is TERRIBLE. Too much screen real estate taken up with what some UI person THINKS looks good but just wastes space trying to be pretty, and if you don't want to follow topics, you can't get rid of that idiot banner. It's not as bad as KVUEs, but it's almost there and light years worse than the prior version. Ugly, slow and annoying.

This app is horrible, the previous kxan weather app was displaying blank screens and now I know why. I don't understand why after working so hard to fix all the previous app bugs they go and redesign this app completely introducing a ton of new headaches and more bugs to fix. I'm going to uninstall this hot mess as soon as I send this review, this is ridiculous. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Previously I could see weather radar, hourly forecast, 7-day at the press of a button, not anymore!

The redesign of the app is a disaster. It hangs, crashes and when it does open, the design itself is a mess. Weather videos are often out of date. Fire the folks who designed this app. Rewrite and relaunch the app, with competent design. Just terrible.

Hate that the video for story or add plays automatically as one who prefers to read the story. Videos should be muted with being able to unmute or video only play if viewer chooses. Being halfway through the story & having the video delay start is annoying & sends me to other news apps instead.

App worked great until this week. I cannot access anything past the KXAN title page. I have go to the website to read any story. Update: Another week later, and still doesn't work. Just comes up with KXAN logo and stays there. Maybe time to change to a different station for local news.

Forced auto ads play. I prefer to read the news Every article now has a video that auto plays. The video has an ad, which you are forced to watch for 5 seconds before pausing. No peace and quiet. I am uninstalling.

I hate that i have to go to your page on facebook to see all the news. I wish to see everything on the app as i do in fb. The bad thing is I only get on fb once or twice a month thats why i use the app but no sense of having it if I have to still use fb to see all your news.... Why cant we see the news live anymore i put it on every morning just to be able to hear the news while i'm driving please bring it back if not i dont need the app :(
