Don't do It. Non delivery. Gave lame excuse of warehouse fire (the fault of the warehouse manager evidently). Said I could have an instant refund, but their systems would not allow me to cancel the order as the goods were in dispatch. Presumably, where the fire was? When I raised the issue with my card company it was discovered they had to take the money 3 times. Card now stopped and new one on the way. In addition they then told me that the Item had been delivered. It Has Not Total con

Very poor service! Bought 2 x sun chairs 11 months ago which have started to come apart, seller not interested stating outside of 30 day return time, really? 1 year warranty by seller and 3 year warranty by Miravia, goodbye 100€! Plus cannot find an English helpline! Far better service from Temu and Chinese Ali Express! Save your money, dont use Miravia!

Very low quality products. Order 3 items n astonishingly all were below quality and faulty. Upon return i received mail from GLS but Miravia is saying that your parcel has not received even after 8 weeks. Most of all you will receive the same lollypop of wait upto 48 hrs from helpline

This is a TERRIBLE company. I ordered an exercise bike from them. The package was missing the connection between the bike and the seat. They refused to send the missing part, nor would they give me a refund. For more than a month they had me fill out the same forms, which they then rejected. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Finally, I ed the bike's manufacturer, GRIDINLUX, which sent me the missing part, without even charging me postage! ORDER DIRECTLY FROM GRIDINLUX IF YOU WANT A BIKE.

What a scammers. I purchased a product with a special discount for the first order. I waited 6 days with no news until they told me they were canceling my order. They returned the coupon for the first order, but it expired the day before. They also raised the price of the product. When before I paid €9, now I paid €20 and I had wasted my time waiting for it.
