1. The app has drop to its lowest point. The system alway wrongly block me as it thinks that I share private information, which is not! How am I supposed to chat on the app? 2. It doesn't make sense that every time I submit boarding request the same people keep approaching to me. So I checked that it's only for the fastest 8 people. It doesn't benefit both parties. 3. The customer services is not helpful and I have a lot of pending tickets, which they never reply and anyhow close them.

Have tried many times looking for a pet boarding but many times, their profiles are not up to date and sometimes, no one responded to my request at all ☹️. App is also not -friendly. I cannot search by area or the price of the boarders. Even though I can book mark or put as favourite for some that I'm interested in ing, I cannot send my request to them all at 1 go. I still have to send individually. What's the point of having a favourite icon then. 😮💨

The app has become worse over time. Now I dont even get to accept any jobs even when I was notified and immediately went into the app to pick up the job but was told I was too late to respond. Haven't been able to get any job for the longest time, and petbacker should really relook into this matter and make improvements in providing a fair system for everyone. The interface often hangs, and the back button doesn't work and hence have to frequently restart the application.

not very intuitive to use. I always get confused when booking daycare and can only choose the next day as checkout day... it also can be made easier to rebook with a specific sitter without sending automatic request to other possible sitters. somehow initially my standard currency got set as DKK, and no refunds showed up in my wallet. I ed and they helped me out well.

Bad to worse. After updating, there is no notification at all. By the time I open the app, all leads taken. And the way leads distributed is so unfair. When I was new, lots of leads as petbacker takes a bigger cut. Now petbacker takes lesser cut from me = less leads and no notification. DISAPPOINTED! Worst app that I had ever use, too money minded as I did not have repeated boarding and I was treated like that. I'm sure I'm able to get more new boarding if the leads given to me is the same.

Like that the pet sitter can update the route, distance and time take to walk my pet. But it would be better if there's a tab for messages at the bottom with the other request etc instead. Cause i had to press through all the tabs to find the message button and notification button is at the profile page. The inconsistency in those button makes it confusing for first time .

Doesn't update my requests. Also doesn't allow numerical details of dates in msgs by strangely converting them to *click to view**. The app definitely needs urgent updating. Claims to get back within 24hrs of cancellation. I sent in the cancellation 3 times on different days but have yet to receive any replies, nor my money back. They should definitely charge much closer to date.

They didn't filter the offer based on my service. Also, it's so confusing 'cuz they didn't update the offer and keep showing the expired one. Even though the offer is already 3 days ed, it's still appear on the list to negotiate 🤷. And none of the pet owners seems very responsive. What a waste of time! Moreover, there's a limit credit to the pet owner. But seriously? Why do I need to waste my credit for no response?
