Very frustrating app, seems to loose stuff you are working on and also keeps linking you back to the website rather than the app, what's the point in the app if you can't use it for everything and have to keep going back to the website. Found it very confusing and not easy to use

Tedious in the extreme. The old app was great. This is the opposite .... I am trying to print some photos. Apparently they have migrated. Hopefully somewhere sunny, where there are no photo apps. Phoebe tbe bot, like most bots, is really annoying.

Used to be a good app. But has since gone seriously downhill. So much less you can do in the app, keeps redirectling to website. I think I'll just use the website from the start in future!

The last update made the application useless, it keeps redirecting by opening a browser website of Photobox. The last version had nothing to change, it was a little bit tricky to use but with a prepared folder you could restart again your project.

My family and I spent a huge amount of time and effort on a photobook of my father just after he died. Then we had to wait a little while as photos filtered through from other family. When I come back to print it, the entire thing has been deleted, intentionally, as part of an a new system, which they didn't inform me about, and they can't even send me a pdf now because I didn't ask for it in the 1 month window before they wiped it all permanent. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Absolute waste of time! I've had to restart my photo album twice, due to the app malfunctioning and being incapable of safely storing the work I've done. I've wasted hours on this app and the customer is poor. That's when you can even get through to them! I won't be using this service again. My advice: go elsewhere for personalised gifts or make your own. What a hassle!

Terrible App. I spent about a week making our wedding album on the PhotoBox app, ensuring I saved changes each time I made any. The photo book builder seemed quite glitchy, but was ok. Triple and quadruple checked it before saving a final time and adding to cart. Bought it and waited a few weeks for it to arrive, only to see that they'd printed an early version of the book, with loads of pages missing and photos all in the incorrect order. Very, very disappointed.

I created 3 photo books. I liked the design options available. I found it a bit frustrating that photos didn't in the order I had them saved in the file on my phone. Also when I tried to rearrange the photo's order, it would say saved but did not save when I went into add the photobook to my cart. I had to do one of them 4 or 5 times. Eventually started it from scratch, adding each photo individually!
