I love this device as it works nearly flawlessly. My only issue is the persistent insistence that I update the firmware. My Samsung Galaxy S20 Note Ultra is apparently incapable of facilitating the necessary requirements to perform this task, so I must endure the prompting to update at virtually every action until I can get to a laptop, wire a physical connection, install the browser plug-in and complete the update (it's a royal pain in the butt for an aging individual like me...).

As soon as I unplug from a usb source it connects with the previous bt source, wich is great and wanted. Just if the sound could return to middle/medium, as to not blow out my ears with the startling and very loud connection sound. Since there is no real way to know the sound output on from the device. The app is the reason I bought the device. Where its made is a plus. I do have a pin that sticks out that cuts the gods but only a nanometer. Over all Compared to it's competitors, no comparison.

V3.0 has some issues. App is great but I have two complaints about V3.0 Please devs, X-Feed NEEDS to have IT'S OWN DEDICATED SLIDER. I ask, please do not move it to the EQ DSP page. I use the X-Feed feature a lot and the 0-50 box is very annoying. Also X-Feed stays enabled when EQ DSP switch is off and cannot be adjusted. Also, after upgrading to V3.0.0 the Q5K defaults to performance mode and high gain mode. If you are having excessive battery drain switch back to standard mode/normal gain.

It's lighter than other models and unlike the other models they don't put useless displays on it that are just going to break and crack when you drop it the whole thing is brushed aluminum I wish it was magnetic but that can be fixed with a metal plate glue to it. I've had other powered amp bluetooth adapters. This one is the most resilient lightest and plays the longest surprisingly. Software is straightforward and they give you plenty of instructions and hints. Love it.

This app is fantastic. It offers every function I could conceive of, it doesn't have any bugs I've found, and it connects to the amp every time without problem. The control this app gives you is 100% why you should buy the qudelix over the BTR5k every day of the week. I love that it lets you limit the maximum charge to preserve battery life, and the EQ database is excellent.

Absolutely superb app for an amazing device. They even listen to ideas for new features to add to the app and the device firmware if you post on their forum. The best features of the device, for me, are stable HQ Bluetooth audio over high bitrate LDAC or lossless over USB, way better audio circuitry than my phone or laptop, PARAMETRIC equalizer that travels with the device across all sources, and it connects to 2 BT devices and auto switches between them.

Best of the best! Stomps all over FIIO BTR5 and Earmen Sparrow. I'm using it with an LGV60 android, which i bought for the hifi quad dac section that still provides a wired IEM/ headphone connection. I cant say enough good things about the V60. Qudelix 5k stomps all over the V60 too. There are so many customizable options, way too many to list, and power to drive ANY IEM you can plug into it. If you LOVE your music experience, and want to get the most out of it, this is the app & device to get

Love my 5k, great ing app. A must-have if you're using planar magnetic iems - they're so accepting of even extreme EQ adjustments. The flexibility and control this provides (with its hardware) should appeal to any enthusiast. Truly great parametric EQ. Fantastic hardware control and transparency; I wish phones were made with this much respect for their s. Recent Update: Some people don't like change, but it's intelligently designed. Congratulations to the company for excellence.
