I finally meditate daily! I couldn't do meditation everyday, because I didn't know how to make it a strong habit. But this app gave me the keys to include meditation in my life routine properly. The program is progressive, easy to follow and to stick to. Plus, the articles are very empowering and encouraging. I totally recommand Atom!

I really like the app and I thank the developers for making it freely available ❤️ My main issue is that my meditations sometimes stop part way through, and start counting seconds in the negative. When I pause and resume, it goes back to the meditation track and counts down as it's supposed to. But I have to interrupt my meditation, sometimes several times in the same session, which isn't ideal. I also find the written advice a bit too drawn out with jokes, but that's just personal preference

Edit: I had to update my review because recently there have been too many errors and its heartbreaking. The "articles" have reset :/ Words won't do full justice to this app. Try it. I did and it has made all the difference. :) couldn't recommend more. Hope you guys launch on iOS sometime too. Edit: I have one suggestion. Can we zoom in to out forests for a more interactive page? I like the concept a lot and have developed a care for growing it. I just wish it was more interactive.

I loved this app. This was a great way to get me into a regular meditation practice. I definitely recommend this if you have never meditated, need a refesher and/or a gentle kick in the motivater. The bite sized readings are helpful. And the trees are fun. Update: free version is gone. The subscription fee is ridiculous. Apps that offer limited comtent must rethink how much they charge. I just set a timer to meditate, or use my Spotify sub, especially now that I did their habit program.

I am canceled my subscription because the app doesn't meet my expectations. It lacks some essential features, such as the ability to select the instructor's gender and a more extensive library of background music. Additionally, the meditation sessions are categorized only by segments, rather than addressing specific situations or moods like anger, anxiety, or depression.

I liked this app until it stopped working. I can't see anything on the home page and can't click on anything. I submitted a bug ticket in the app and no response for 5 days. disappointing. edit: They reached out and were able to resolve the issue. Excellent meditation app other than some bugs and limited .

So far I enjoy the app a lot. I've really just started on the road of meditation and the beginner guided sessions are very nice. I like the option of changing the voice of the person guiding the session in case you do better with certain pitches/ cadence, etc. I enjoy the reminder that can be set for a specific time. I don't really care about the forest/ growing trees aspect as I neither look at it nor find it motivating. But it doesn't detract from the app for me either.

Yes yes app it self is very good, interface design - just spot on, simple, intuitive, no distraction all you want especially in the morning. Interaction and options just as you would like them👌 But huge problem, and I do understand not for everyone, is price. I understand there was lot of work put in, long discussions, arguments and lost friends over it🤣🤣🤣. But bloody hell over a £10 for a month or £129 a year is little bit too much, I'm sorry...
