Having trouble, I was able to get the game to load for a little bit and then I made a purchase and since then I have been unable to load past 80% on the loading screen after the page. Also just a general note, the menus and everything seem really clunky and stuttery. I'm sure it's not my phone because hoyo games are smooth as butter. I await an update so that I may play again. I have tried reinstalling, clearing data/cache and restarting my phone.

It just crashes nonstop on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I've been playing this game for a long time (years), and would live to keep playing.. i understand that Samsung does not use basic android on my phone, and that the game would need to be made compatible with the OS that they have runing on S24 Ultra. But it has been really frustrating to keep opening the game over and over and just sometimes being able to play it for about 3 minutes before it crashes again. To the Dev team, PLEASE help me out

DO NOT lose your time, I mean, years of your life with this PAY TO WIN game. YES. You will literally need years to grind as free to play to barely do something in PVP. All mechanics are made to make you lose at least 3 years of your life. And devs are not capable of making a stable game. Crashes many times on pc and on Android. Many people can't even into the game. This game is too poorly optimized and even on a pc with 64gb of ram keeps freezing wile loading animations.

issues with Android 14 have been going on for over a year. Game will freeze when loading. Sometimes restarting many times will let you into the game. Sometimes you just can't play. Company has disregarded this entirely. I had to uninstall because of this because I simply couldn't load the game. Such a shame they seemed to have given up on any real maintenance of the game.

Loved and played this game since launch. But earlier this month it no longer works on -any- Pixel 8 pro even on a fresh or any fresh device with Android 15. (Have tried multiple factory reset Pixel 8 Pros ). It freezes on the second loading screen after tapping 'Start Game' or the loading bar that states 'Tap twice to speed up the video.' on fresh install. Can be replicated every time. It still works fine on my Galaxy Tab S7+ but I primarily played this on my phone. One star review now.

Great game, and I love most things about it. However, the gameplay gets repetitive, and there is no truly new type of game modes added they are all basically the same in a way. Also, lately, I can't even play the game without it crashing as it crashes in five seconds of opening it, meaning I can't even fix this with a repair client. Please fix these otherwise lots of players will be lost.

Game is completely unplayable (United States). Gets to GTArcade loading screen, freezes, close, force stop, clear cache. Rinse & repeat. If it does get past the GTA screen, and to the main screen, game crashes. Follow above steps. Rinse & Repeat. If it's possible to get past the screen, above steps happen. Rinse & Repeat. I've tried on 2 mobiles with the best specs available and A14, BS5 with A11 (laptop has high specs/Win11), and GTA Emulator. All crash. FIX THIS!

Don't get me wrong, the game is great. Graphics are astonishing, gameplay is cool, animations are to die for. But what kills this game is that it gets repetitive after a while, and it is more P2W than anything. In order to get any Saints fr, you have to spend money. I was lucky enough to get OP Saints from the jump, but you can't do anything with them fr unless you are either grinding like a man, or paying for EXP, Cosmo, etc. If you wanna compete, you gotta pay the money unfortunately.
