when my child completes their goal I don't receive any code where do I get the code? it was way better on the website y'all stopped using for absolutely no reason!

cant get my child's reward because nothing pops up and when I try to my through the email it only gives iPhone verification

does not save in app. it says you are ed but doesn't say an email is sent to continue. so I go to the email and it says continue in app....it directs you to the apple store app. this has been a disaster on android
