Neither the bottle or the app work properly anymore. A shame since I have 3 bottles and have ordered bottles for my family. The bottle randomly glows from just sitting on the table, among other malfunctions. The app will add the liquids and then spin. I will have met my goal, and then later, the app will show I that I have not met my goal by as many as 50 oz. I really just want the app to work like it used to before all of the updates. Right now,I am in search of a new way to track liquids. 😫

the app is a little buggy; sometimes I have to toggle Bluetooth and restart the app to get it to connect, and for some reason it won't connect if the cell antenna is off... but overall it works well and it helps me stay on track with my water. It even adjusts my goal based on the weather; it gets way higher when I'm up in the mountains and it's super dry.

I bought the bottle because the website clearly states that the app will sync with Health Connect or at least Google Fit. But it doesn't! Health Connect is absent at all, and Google Fit shows an error message that the application is blocked and can't be linked. The only working integration currently is with Fitbit, and I do not use anything from the Fitbit ecosystem. I am currently disappointed, and I hope they'll fix the Google Fit integration at least.

I've had my water bottle for a couple years now. It worked great for the first while, but the past 2 years it has been very inconsistent. Sometimes working well and sometimes not. I have to uninstall and re-install the app roughly once every 6 weeks just to get it working properly again. This usually involves re-adding and recalibrating my bottle every time. My bottle has also been ing random large amounts of water and I can delete them from the log but it doesnt subtract from the total.

The bottle is solid and a good design, but the software is the limiting factor. Garmin doesn't work, which was one of the main reasons to buy this bottle. Icon appears in the app but does nothing. Can't connect Google Fit (blocked). Changing settings in the app takes a few tries. Apparently these issues will be handled in the next app release. Also, the subscription model is pretty sad. Spend €100 on a water bottle but need a €16/yr subscription to choose my own colors 🤨

Initially, the app would remind you to open it and your drink log from your bottle, this disappeared recently, for me, and I don't always think about logging my drinking. This is why I bought this product. Now this feature is gone. No more notifications for low power, or ing drink logs or, basically anything. I have checked notifications within settings and do not see anything that I can turn back on.

The app is pretty rough. It's laid out intuitively and it's nice to look at, but between being unable to sync my water intake and the app telling me that I'm offline (whether I try data or Wi-Fi) so I can't add or recalibrate my bottle, I basically have a $100 "normal" water bottle. I've tried reinstalling the app, recalibrating (when it lets me), and resetting the puck, but I keep running into different errors. Occasionally it crashes without prompt when I try to readd the bottle.

Let me preface this by saying I was a huge fan of the app, it was a little tricky to make friends but it was overall a really good app. However, recently I've been having issues with it. It's been having random issues that make it considerably more difficult to use, like changing my goal and not connecting my bottle that I've been using for the past 11 months. So be warned, when you get the bottle it's going to be great, but it's going to suck too.
