I can't create an . It always shows an error message when I try to create my . It says I don't have a network connection. UPDATE: The developer ed me and said they fixed the issue. I had tried a different email address in the interim, and that allowed me to create my . I'm now enjoying the app, and my new blood pressure monitor much more.

App features are OK: avarage and graphs. However, I gave it just 2 stars since 1. There is no option to delete my recordings locally and from server. They are my private data and I am not able to delete them??? 2. Export data does not have option to export data in specific time range. A&D replied with instructions 1. To delete BP record (one at a time) which is good but lacks option to delete multiple records. 2. I still do not see how to. Export options are 30 days, last year, all time.

This app works okay. The A&D blood pressure monitor data doesn't always automatically . 1.Sometimes it will the first reading and not the second reading. 2. Sometimes it will not any readings. 3. Other times it s both readings flawlessly. The A&D pulse Oximeter and scale work with the app just fine. I'm happy about that. Please 🙏 allow the A&D Heart Track app to Accu-Chek GuideMe glucose meter data via Bluetooth.

UPDATE to the Update... The most recent update fixed my final serious gripe with this app! With the ability to enter accurate (to the tenth) weights, this app fires all that I ask it to do. Could it do more, sure (see the other reviews); but I am well pleased with the app, customer and the blood pressure cut which I use. I'd recommend it!

This is a good app for recording blood pressure and other health vitals. It pairs with Bluetooth for automatic entry and allows manual data entry. I wish it had more robust graphing options to review data, allowed more fields for tagging entries, and allowed import of data from CVS or text file. My biggest disappointment is that it doesn't seem to allow you to edit or delete individual entries, and my email to about this has not been answered.

Update: I refuse to reach out to your again as it was 100% useless if you want to make this right you will reach back out to me by a means other than a review response. App does what is supposed to do but don't expect it to save your records if you switch phones...defeating the purpose of creating an with them. Also and most importantly...there via email and phone is awful.

Rather clunky for a modern app. Bluetooth cannot connect to A&D devices that have been previously paired with another tablet app even when that one is disconnected - all devices have to be deleted and re-paired. Even re-pairing is problematic, as it takes 2 to 3 pair-approvals before it finally sticks (on Google Pixel 4a).

Oct 8th Update. THANK YOU!!!Problem is fixed. Since this last update, the only way we can use our blood pressure machine is manually. Does not work via Bluetooth anymore. Very frustrating.
