Doesn't work keeps saying my and are wrong. Cable hasn't worked in a year. They came changed box broke my TV and didn't take responsibility. Still paying for cable I can't watch still with my broken TV. Thy keep raising prices and now their app doesn't work go figure. Horrible service horrible app

It is only an application to check your payments. It does not work to see your megamóvil service telephone status.

If this app doesn't work it might not be the app's fault. I'm in Canada and i have not been able to to this app. The server in Mexico does not recognize my credentials. I know my email is correct because i have been working with the /development team and they have verified both my email and my work on multiple systems in Mexico but not in Alberta. I'm confident this issue will be redolved so in the meantime I'm giving the team five stars for cometment thank you.

After I install the app it crashes and never opens. The application isn't working on my phone. It's a brand new Samsung Galaxy A13 that I purchased this year in Mexico. I have attempted to reinstall several times but I experienced the same problem.

App don't work for sure, it won't let me open . I don't have any service in my Router from day of Installation (3) days now, app don't work,and Tech have you turn on and off the Router all Day to no avail. All feed back is negative. Not Good 👽

One of the worest app to use. When I even reset my s for so many times but still app doesn't recognize the and my details. Such incompetent app developer should feel guilty of it's functionality.
