This used to work great until boost shifted to a new system in Dec. & forced an app update. It doesn't work at all now, not a single voice mail has gone into the visual voicemail app. It deleted voicemails I still wanted. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, reset the app, and nothing works. I have wasted huge amounts of time with cust. serve. multiple times & nothing they suggested worked. I'm seriously thinking of switching to a different phone service just over this issue.

This is the worst app ever!! The Boost agents act like it's the first time they have herd of the voice mail synchronization issue. They put you through to multiple level techs that do the exact same trouble shooting steps on every level, with no results. After multiple 2hr long calls, no solution was given. The app will not allow you to remove it. Boost will not allow access to any other visual voicemail apps, I've tried them all and they are blocked. I'm seriously looking into a new company

Hard to believe no one tested this before releasing. Forced to install on two phones. On the first, it installed but provides no benefits. Just get a unreadable text message. On the second it gives pop up errors and corrupted the old version so I can't revert back. I called twice. First guy claimed they know nothing about this; nor can offer help. Second guy said it is a phone hardware compatibility issue not an app issue and I need to call the phone maker. Lies or incompetence or both?

Pop ups from hell! This "upgrade" is utterly useless trash! It doesn't even work, so why did they force it on us like this? The other app worked perfectly fine. This one keeps popping up with an error message that interrupts anything else I'm trying to do to tell me it isn't working but I can call to access my voicemail that way. Really? We're going backwards to do voicemail old school like that, but you call this useless trash an "upgrade"? Fix it or give us back the one that worked.

I've had boost for years and had no issues with the visual voicemail that's always been. Since this switch, I had 9 of my saved voicemail transfer into this new app as archive. None of the voicemail left on my phone show up in this app. Not even to tell me I have a voicemail. It doesn't do anything at all for me. Now I have to call some funky number to try and listen to my voicemail, which is hard because I'm always roaming at home.

Had to give a rating of one because this scale does not allow for negative ratings. This app is not intuitive nor simple to use. If it was both there would an icon, on the screen (not a text that I would have first open the text app and then find a specific text...too much "hunting & pecking"), to tap on and the app would open! Also, once it opened it would be at my inbox ready for me to take an action. Please bring back the previous Boost voicemail. It was intuitive and simple to use!!

This app is useless. Boost is constantly upgrading and creating negative issues for s when there was nothing wrong with the original app. You have made it so frustrating in every way. Not only voicemail, but just about everything from the way your text messages look, to the screens and everything in between. My theory is, if it isn't broke don't fix it. I am seriously thinking about leaving Boost as well. Wouldn't recommend Boost Mobile to anyone.

There are people who are having luck with the app. That's all well and good, but most everyone is not lucky. My experience has been similar to all those 1 stars. The app lags, doesn't show voice mails that people text and call me that they left, and voice mails are archiving themselves, eating up my storage. I can't imagine anyone who would require a fancy voice mail with all the bells and whistles, when they could just have a basic, here's your voice mail if you care, instead. Unnecessary app.
