When you purchased a ticket, the displayed travel scheme is wrong in case of engineering works. But even worse, the alternative travel advice that the app gives is not allowed. And cannot even be purchased as extra option. Useless app.

Easy to use and buy tickets, do recommend. But it doesn't show platform numbers for every stop and doesn't update delays once the trip has started.

Easy to use to book and add existing bookings. I like that you don't have to sign up or just to add e-tickets you have already bought elsewhere as a guest.

We get several notifications that our train was cancelled even though it isn't. No point having an app if you can't trust the information

Sometimes it takes forever to update the information of the train schedules, but I think this js something NS has to work on!!
