app won't let me buy tickets, it just goes back to the ticket screen and trying to continue to buy a ticket crashes the app completely, when using a ticket if I turn off my device and then back on a "unexpected error has occurred" and the app crashes. been using the app for years and this has never happened and the app it updated to the current.

It is very easy to move tickets between devices. You just have to click on the three little dots on the ticket itself, and select "move to cloud". Then go to your new device, signed in on the same , click on the ticket, same place, and select "Move to device". This is only concerning the Houston Metro tickets as far as I know, because I have never used the fort bend or Harris county transit tickets now available in this app. It was running slowly a few months ago, but appears fixed now

Not sure what is going on but the functionality is so super slow now. I have to activate my ticket a good few minutes ahead of time but God forbid if after I activate it I have to exit the app it takes a while to reload again always. This was not always the case. Twice now I got on the bus and my digital ticket took a while to load but the drivers were understanding. When I got off the first bus once and was ready to transfer to the second bus, I was kicked out of the app unexpectedly.

I have been a of this app for some years now. For the past two weeks I have been experiencing difficulties with the app. It takes forever to click on my day and most the time it crash. A couple of times my day expires at 2:00am cst, it locked me out from my 11pm and said to call Metro. So I bought a 3 hour just to get home. I really hope you all fix this problem, like real soon. I am going to still give a 5 star because I have never had an issue with this app.

Danm it needs a an update houston needs to upgrade there transit system anyway for example functionality for Google wallet so you can add your card to it and I was quite satisfied before. Maybe even four stars but I got a new Google Pixel 6 pro and now the app immediately crashes every time. Don't know what's going on. Now this happens us to me. I use it all the time when I forgot my card.

This app is a failure. The third largest city in America is unable to hire app creators who were able to transfer the tickets from one app to the new app. I thought that and did not update the app but made the mistake of getting a new phone. The new app did exactly what i thought it would. Customer service said the old tickets would transfer on the 31st of Aug. Wrong. I get an email stating they would let me know when it updated. Dont waste your time with this. Use the card.

Once I literally forgot my bus fair at home and ed I had a balance in my wallet. However the experience is absolutely horrible. You will miss your bus/train trying to figure it all out. I have probably used it less than 5 times because it's really too much of hassle. But yeah, once you can figure it out, it works. Metro needs to do better, hire a UX/UI designer before building the actual app. This sucks!

The app is convenient but I don't like the fact that once you purchase tickets on a certain device. The app won't let you it to a new/current device. So I'm having a hard time retrieving tickets I purchased off another phone. Other than that I like the app, I have told friends and family about it. Just be mindful of what device you purchase your tickets on. Save it to the cloud instead of the device.
